REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY  

We have an easy 7 day return policy. We accept returns if..

a) The product shipped to you is defective or damaged. You’d have to intimate us along with photographic / videographic proof of damaged / wrong product / defect on Whatsapp. You should report the same to us within 7 days from the date of delivery here- WhatsApp.

 The product with its original packaging along with all accessories must be returned. We will either refund your money in full or send you a new replacement unit as soon after we receive the package returned by you, if everthing is in order. We will make arrangements for the return and replacement / refund ourselves within 7 days of receipt of the return.


b) For any reason not mentioned in point (a), if you would like a refund or an exchange the product you’ve received.
You may do so by contacting us on whatsapp with the necessary photographic / videographic proof, within 7 days of receipt of the product. In this case we would be deducting the shipping costs associated with the return which would amount to Rs.120 per kg. and refund the rest of the money, electronically into your bank account. If you are requesting for an exchange, we would be deducing return shipping cost of Rs.90 per kg only. We would be arranging for the return ourselves.

An unboxing videos is definitely required to process your return in both the above cases.

c) Returns are accepted only for unused products in all cases mentioned above.

d) Accepting or rejecting return requests is the sole discretion of the returns handler on WhatsApp.

Returns are not accepted for consumeables and they are not returnable / replaceable / refundable.

We promise that all our products are shipped in brand new condition.

In certain cases our shipping partners would not be able to pickup for certain locations. Customers in these locations would have to return items themselves and we will refund the shipping cost incurred by you on sending us a scanned copy of the AWB.

Please note that this return policy is applicable only for products bought from our online store (trilonium.com). We make a note of all the serial nos. of products and their respective buyers. So if the serial nos. do not match with our records of what we have sent you, then no replacement will be given. You will have to take back your returned product from us at your cost.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?

You need to return the product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime until your order starts shipping. If you wish to cancel an order that is being shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to your order
